Responsibilities:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above;

Preferred Majors: Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, International Trade or related disciplines;

Language: CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency; strong verbal and written communication skills; Japanese language skill is a plus;

Skills: Strong cross-cultural communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities; highly responsible, detail-oriented, and patient; proficient in common office software.

Requirements:

Proactively identify and engage overseas clients through multiple channels, including social media, industry platforms, and direct outreach;

Lead end-to-end international business operations, including client inquiry handling, quotation, negotiation, contract execution, and order management;

Maintain effective communication with global clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term strategic partnerships;

Monitor global market dynamics, analyze client needs and competitor activities to support international business strategies;

Collaborate closely with internal R&D, QA, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution from sample development to final delivery.
